Slow as hell, restores would cancel half way through, downloads would randomly stop. Ya, I had the power supply on my drobo die, so I need to use backblaze to restore the data, and I had the same experience. Seems they were trying to do everything they could to push you into their B2 service back then. Things may be different now but I really doubt it.

The process for retrieving those files took almost two weeks, crashed frequently, their tool for downloading backups was awful and they were super dismissive about what a shit tool they gave you for retrieving them, they had to package the contents of my drive into three zips limited to a few hundred gb each, the 30 days they kept the files before they removed them unless I paid to upgrade was super uncomfortable. Didn't want to fuss around with getting drives mailed to me and mailed back since I have gigabit internet and extra drives already. I know they have some addons like extending the duration of their online backup if not connected for longer than 2 weeks or something like that, but not sure if the coupon works for that too.
